    Marketing Manager Boomplay

    Job Summary
    We are looking for a Marketing Manager. He/she will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to create and execute engaging and effective marketing strategies for our Boomplay Music platform in Nigeria.

    Job Description

    • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
    • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about Boomplay and drive traffic to the app
    • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
    • Produce valuable and engaging content for Boomplay’s Social Media that attracts and converts our target groups
    • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
    • Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or certification in Marketing or a related field
    • 3-5 years of proven experience in a Marketing role.

    • Must be an avid Music lover and must possess an understanding of the music industry in Nigeria.
    • Strong analytical and project management skills.
    • Confident and dynamic personality.

    Sales Manager

    A firm in the ICT sector is looking for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be primarily responsible for establishing and managing our sales teams, developing customer resources, finding potential customers, and completing sales targets.

    Candidate’s Key Roles and Responsibilities

    • Sales management positions, responsible for the main goals and plans in their functional areas.
    • Establish and manage sales teams, develop customer resources, find potential customers, and complete sales targets.
    • Develop, participate in or assist the upper level to implement relevant policies and systems.
    • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the department and the management, guidance, training and evaluation of the staff of the department;
    • Responsible for the organization's sales operations, including planning, organization, schedule control and review.
    • Assist the sales director to set sales targets, sales models, sales strategies, sales budgets and reward plans.
    • Provide guidance on product development from the perspective of sales and customer needs.

    Experience and Qualifications Required for the Role

    • Minimum of a B.Sc. degree or above in marketing, Business Administration or any related field of study.
    • Proven Sales management work experience is preferred for this role.
    • Must possess 3+ years of sales industry-related professional experience,
    • Experience would be given to candidates with experience in the construction materials industry.
    • Must be under 35 years old.

    Candidate’s Required Competencies and Attributes

    • Must have strong abilities in market analysis, marketing and promotions.
    • Must possess good interpersonal skills and strong customer relationship management abilities, and a strong access to customer resources.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
