• We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR professional ready to transition into a managerial role.
• The HR Manager Trainee position is designed for individuals with solid HR experience, strong leadership potential, and a desire to take on greater responsibility in managing people and processes.
• This role offers the opportunity to develop managerial capacity while actively supporting and overseeing key HR functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and gradually take on oversight of daily HR operations
• Assist in Payroll, recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Supervise HR and administrative staff, ensuring efficiency and accountability
• Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and discipline
• Handle employee relations matters and support conflict resolution
• Coordinate staff welfare and engagement initiatives
• Work closely with management to align HR strategies with organizational goals
• Prepare HR reports and support decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master`s preferred)
• 4 - 5 years of relevant HR experience
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
