Job Requirements

• Good use of Multimedia and design software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat etc.)
• Good visual ideation/creativity
• Good understanding of font-families, line-height, tracking and more
• Good knowledge on how to utilize, contrast, juxtapose and mix different colors based on context
• Good understanding of layout/conversion optimization
• Knowledge of color space, printing processes, color separation, grid layout and master pages
• Excellent writing ability, including the ability to write in different styles and to another people's direction;
• Solid experience gained in a graphic design or relevant agency with a good understanding of design process and creative direction;
• Familiarity with brand identity design;
• A thoughtful perspective on design;
• An interest in brand planning and strategy;
• The ability to communicate with clients and deliver presentations;
• The ability to lead and mentor a team;
• A good understanding and experience of the artwork process

Responsibilities and key roles to Ellae

• Generate potential business deals by contacting potential partners; exploring opportunities and building relationships
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to set up meetings
• Following up swiftly on service enquiries and sending out information
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients
• Respond to RFP's, develop presentations for new businesses, quarterly and annual plans, and implementation of those plans.
• Develop and deliver the strategy for new business development, marketing and client acquisition, appropriate to need and responsive to opportunity
• Responsible for negotiating and establishing outsourcing job contracts with clients
• Attending industry events and conferences in order to generate business leads
• Shall promote and maintain the strength of company's image and quality at all time.

Job Requirements

• Must have experience setting up Learning Management Systems (LMS)/Online Course Platforms
• Previous marketing experience ideally from an advertising agency or company in the same or similar industry
