Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Abuja. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including customer service, real estate sales, property management, and real estate transactions. The Real Estate Agent will work closely with clients to find suitable properties, negotiate deals, and provide exceptional service throughout the buying and selling process.

Responsibilities

• Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in the Abuja real estate industry
• Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties
• Knowledge of Abuja real property market trends
• Creating lists for real estate sale properties, with information on location, features, etc.
• Showing properties to prospective clients for either sale or letting
• Presenting purchase offers to sellers
• Facilitating negotiations between sellers and buyers
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Promoting properties with ads and listings
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
