    Client Service Manager


    Job Description

    Your responsibilities will include the following:

    • Providing regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
    • Interfacing with clients to translate client and partner needs into meaningful problem statements, engagements and tangible collaboration/prototyping outcomes.
    • Engaging clients with world-class client-facing skills and proven ability to engage and drive commercial outcome.
    • Developing open and effective channels of communication with clients.
    • Coordinating internal projects and determining the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction
    • Encouraging revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase additional services
    • Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship

    Requirements
    A suitable candidate must:

    • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • Have at least 5 years’ cognate experience with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
    • Have strong business acumen and program management skills.
    • Have a proven record of working with clients to lead the delivery of digital products/services from ideation through to commercialization.
    • Demonstrate thought leadership in digital commerce, using data driven insights and user experience to solve problems in unconventional manners.
    • Have good communication and presentation skills.
    • Experience in an Advertising/Marketing agency will be an added advantage.

    Job Description

    • Our client, needs a Creative Director to join its team of vibrant and highly creative individuals.

    Responsibilities

    • Accomplishing work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling and coaching team members.
    • Meeting work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.

    • Revision of marketing plan by analysing campaign results; identifying expansion opportunities.
    • Monitoring marketing mix and results by coordinating tracking actions with sales and marketing representatives.
    • Improving marketing quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing creative processes; implementing changes.

    Requirements
    A suitable candidate must:

    • Possess a Bachelor's Degree and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Advertising and Branding.
    • Have experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, PowerPoint and other programs.
    • Possess the ability to lead and inspire a team of creative people.
    • Have a solid background in copy-writing and/or design and or art direction.
    • Have knowledge of each step of an ad campaign's process to give creatives direction, work on schedule and meet client's advertising expectations.

    Job Description
    Your responsibilities will include the following:

    • Reviewing business strategies and determining what element of that strategy should be shared with employees for awareness, understand the objectives and make them efficient in their daily work activities.
    • Conducting market analysis to providing information about activities of competitors.
    • Working closely with top Management to develop company business strategy plans.
    • Regularly meeting with the CEO to update on business progress and offer suggestions on improvements.

    • Demonstrating domain knowledge and expertise in a range of skills, such as business model development, financial modelling, product portfolio planning, organizational strategy, channel and go-to-market models, customer / market research etc.
    • Contributing to business development and thought leadership activities.

    Requirements
    A suitable candidate must:

    • Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant Social Sciences or Business Degree.
    • Possess 5 to 10 years cognate work experience preferably in the advertising sector, three (3) of which must have been spent at the managerial level.
    • Possess a proven track record in developing strategic plans that benefit the client.
    • Have a good knowledge of the media and strategy planning influence.
    • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including business presentation and people management skills.
    • Have the ability to work under pressure and balance workload.
    • Have work knowledge of relevant Corporate Governance.
