Job Description

• The Technical Manager will manage all aspects of the Fabrication Workshop and its team, ensuring that fabricated items are manufactured to the highest quality, and delivered on Site to meet installation programs and deadlines.
• Must have thorough experience in cutting, bending, drilling, welding and shaping of Iron and steels.

Qualification and Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years Machine/Fabrication experience of which at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial position, in an industrial fabrication shop
• B.Sc/HND in in any of agricultural ,industrial , metallurgical or  mechanical engineering preferably with demonstrable track record in metal fabrication ;Design, manufacture and testing of engineering spares and small machines
• Must know how to read and make drawings, proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English is required.
• Agile, responsive and good under pressure.
• Able to handle conflict and resolve differences of opinion.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for engineering products and services marketing and sales. He/She is responsible for scouting for new jobs and ensuring that all enquiries received by the commercial team are promptly attended to.

Responsibilities:

• Sales and marketing of  wrought iron products, engineering spare parts, standard and custom made small machines eg hydraulic brick making machines
• Sales and Marketing of Engineering Services including spare part and small machines fabrication
• Drive product and services marketing by identifying target clientele and developing product and program descriptions for use in promotional materials
• Customer relationship management: Serves as the first line of contact, service and support to customers with questions about assigned products, programs, and services
• Take ownership of planning, developing, coordinating and implementing marketing and communication strategies
• Responsible for research, review and analysis of opportunity assessments including market research and competitive analysis.
• Support the development of new programs and products from idea generation to end of the life cycle.

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Sc (minimum Second Class) in Business, Accounting ,Marketing or Engineering
• MBA or formal business training shall be an advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication with strong ICT skills
• Proven product launch experience to a variety of stakeholder groups. sales skills and ability to close sales and generate new business

The Machine/Fabrication Supervisor will manage all aspects of operations in the mechanical workshop , ensuring that fabricated items are manufactured to the highest quality, and delivered on delivered to the customers as at when due.

Qualification and Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years Machine/Fabrication experience of which at least 2 years of full involvement in a well equipped mechanical workshop outfit.
• Must have thorough experience in mechanical fittings, machining and fabrication.
• City and Guilds of London Institute in mechanical engineering step 2 or more.
• NABTEB certificates in fitting, turning, milling, grinding and shaping.
• Federal ministry of Labour trade test grade 1 : 3 in turning and milling.
• Must know how to read and make drawings, proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English is required.
• Agile, responsive and good under pressure.
• Able to handle conflict and resolve differences of opinion.
