Responsibilities

• Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to specifications
• Take photos of models according to the client's specifications
• Create rapport with models to produce excellent pictures
• Bring out the best in models during photo shoots
• Be able to work with studio lighting in order to bring out the best features of the models
• Archive photographic images and maintain database
• Constantly improve image quality using various editing methods
• Do photo shoots in a wide variety of locations and be able to work well with varying light conditions
• Establish good working relationship with models so they will feel at ease with the camera
• Coordinate with fashion stylists, art directors, agents and fashion editors
• Achieve excellent poses by boosting the confidence of the models

Requirements

• Knowledge of technical elements of photography, including lighting, sharpness and composition, and an awareness of fashion and photographic trends.
• A portfolio of work that emphasizes both technical photographic skills and a unique artistic perspective
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead teams of stylists, makeup artists and other fashion professionals
• Strong ability to capture and set a certain mood
• Knowledge in photo editing applications
• Superb artistic detail
• Success-driven and with a credible reputation

The role is core to T2C growth and involves business development and client facing activities.The Strategic Marketing and Business Development Manager will have significant direct contact with the CEO and other senior board members.The successful applicant will be responsible for Strategic Marketing, Prospect Generation, Customer acquisition, Business development, Digital Marketing. Requirement:

• Planning and creating big deal business opportunities and accounts for the company
• Create a strategic marketing and sales plan and build a sales team to execute the plan
• Experience in working in the arts/media/entertainment sector is necessary
• Responsible for creating the sales department, recruiting and managing the sales team members
• Planning and executing organizational wide sales driven marketing campaign
• Create sales plan, set target for the sales department and take responsibility for the sales team achievements
• Create clear market verticals for the sales team
• Manage the daily activities of the sales team to ensure effective result
• Oversee the marketing communication plan and marketing asset for effective results
• Oversee the positioning of our corporate identity and brand position

Attributes

• Minimum 3 years experience marketing management experience
• Analytical with good attention to details
• B.Sc degree as a minimum educational requirement
• Capable of researching and analysing complex information, and drawing out the necessary conclusions and implications

• Sociable and able to represent the company in events and other happenings taking place within the country
• Marketing communication and branding knowledge attributes
• Previous strategy experience acquired in a highly commercial/strategic role
