    Operations Manager

    Summary of Duties
        Provide leadership in the operational department, which is mainly dredging activity, trucking and heavy duty machinery operations as well as coordinate strategic business initiatives required to drive process improvement to achieve operational excellence.
        Focus on productivity, order fulfillment, schedule adherence and process control, no downtime operations, on-time delivery and product quality.
        Manage efficiently daily dredging operation and efficient daily trucking and other Heavy-duty machinery operation. Engage She workforce in problem solving initiatives and ensure the discipline execution of operational processes and procedures.
        Build a high performance support team by actively managing the hiring and development strategy.
        Develop a structure to identify and deploy best practices for the core operational process areas. Challenge processes, acceptance criteria, dimensions etc to achieve highest level of value for the least cost while maintaining agreed quality.

    Qualification/Experience
        Degree in Engineering, Operations or equivalent technical field.
        Masters in Business Administration (MBA) will be added advantage
        Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in similar industry.

    Job Requirement
        Some understanding of dredging, reclamation and management of heavy-duty equipment and Construction would be advantageous.
        Knowledge of quality systems, production planning, plant and heavy equipment operations and systems.

    Finance Manager

    Responsible for the overall management of the financial operations of the organization

    Summary of Duties

        Manage the financial resources of the company and conduct resource planning for future needs. Be involved in the strategic planning of an organization.
        Monitors the preparation of the financial budget and sends the report to COO and/CEO Supervises business performance and takes steps to improve the performance of the organization.
        Manage the payroll function ensuring efficient systems, process and controls.

    Maintenance Engineer

    Summary of Duties

    • Engage in the maintenance and management of all plants and heavy-duty machineries. Coordinate major equipment maintenance, to prevent downtime with dredging equipment and other heavy-duty caterpillar Iveco and MAN Diesel equipment to minimize lest production.
    • Provide expertise in mechanical and electrical issues
    • Monitor actual maintenance against targets and take corrective action Assist in determining and forecasting resource requirements Manage interfaces with supply and service agreements to ensure resource availability

    Hydrographic/Dredging Supervisor

    • The successful candidate will specialize in precise positioning, data acquisition and processing in marine environments and the quantification of dredged sand by the used of specialized surveying equipment.
    • The role involves measuring and mapping the world's underwater surfaces and studying the morphology (construction) of the seabed, sand search and analysts to determine the nature of sand available and estimation of quantity, sand field survey and planning. Additionally, he will be measuring dredged materials in the sand field, surveying of dumpsites and determination of water flow and sand field mapping. The role also demands an understanding of and consideration for environmental issues.

    Summary of Duties

    • Using specialised technical software, global and some terrestrial positioning systems, sonar and echo sounders to provide data far the production of nautical charts and maps
    • Using specialised technical software and geographical information systems (GIS) to manage the integration, processing and presentation of data to clients;

    Mechanics - Heavy Duty Vehicles

    Summary of Duties

    • Carry out preventive and remedial maintenance on modern electronics based heavy-duty caterpillar like dozers, excavators, wheel loaders, C9, C16, 3508 Engine and others caterpillar machines, Iveco and MAN Diesel machines.
    • Carry out periodic and scheduled maintenance of equipments to minimize wear and tear and prevent damage
    • Perform work as outlined in repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
    • Familiarity with and ability to use state of the art diagnostic tools such as ET and SIS in fault diagnosis, analysis and resolution.
    • Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts

    Qualification/Experience

    • Experience in heavy duty caterpillar mechanics and other heavy engines like Iveco Truck and MAN Diesel trucks
    • Minimum of Diploma in mechanical engineering or other relevant training with 3 years minimum experiences in a similar position.
    • Mechanic must be able to repair and maintain heavy duty diesel trucks. Servicing forklifts and light trucks part of this position.
