    Customer Development Representative

    Purpose

    • Create New Exclusive Agents in the Outdoor Channel within the specified period and in the assigned sales territory.

    Principal Accountabilities: (Impact & Innovation)

    • Ensure creation of new Exclusive Agents in the assigned sales territory and achieve set target. Monitor and report sales equipment usage compliance with franchise contracts.

    Critical Qualifications/Skills/Experience (IPE Factor: Knowledge)
    The ideal candidate:

    • Must have an outgoing and convincing personality, with a sense of urgency, who can communicate at all levels and persuade key stakeholders into the right course of action.
    • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or other related discipline (2.2) and HND Lower credit.
    • Ability to Drive a Truck - possession of Class E Drivers Licence.
    • Must not be more than 30 years with minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
    • Is driven by his/her desire to perform.
    • Has broad experience with a structured approach to customer relationship management and business development.
    • Has excellent entrepreneurial and commercial awareness.
    • Possesses a high degree of assertiveness across cultural and educational diversity.

    Regional Sales Manager

    Purpose

    • Lead and develop a team of Sales Officers with the purpose of influencing KPI Performance positively in order to achieve the Region business objectives.

    Principal Accountabilities (IPE Factors: Impact & Innovation):

    • Responsible for the achievement of Volume target and other KPIs
    • Responsible for developing existing customers and recruiting new ones.
    • Responsible for ensuring improvement in the numbers of active vendors in assigned Region
    • Responsible for ensuring improvement in vendors daily sales
    • Ensure availability target is achieved.
    • Persuade customer to ensure product is kept at right quality temperature.
    • Ensure sales assets functionality - Bicycle, push cart, freezers and generators
    • Responsible for price compliance
    • Manage credit limit and debt to be within set target.
    • Responsible for the aggregate of the KPIs of his/her sales team.
    • Report : Sends Weekly and Monthly Sales Report
    • Mapping : identify and determine the right number of customers FT, Ex Agents & Agents required per territory; Vendors territory gap/coverage per territory ; Event coverage.
    • Responsible for coaching and the professional development of his/her sales team
    • Ensure understanding and execution of the commercial rules& guidelines
    • Develop the channel, customer, and vendors expertise of his/her team
    • Ensure increase in the number of Sales Point .
    • Constructively analyse and report competition activities.
    • Conduct Field Accompaniment with at least four SO per week.
    • Drives and monitors performance evaluation and coaching of SO.

    External:

    • FTs, Ex Agents , Agents Pushcart Agents and new Ex Agents

    Sales Capability Development Manager

    Purpose

    • The role would be responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers in the Sales organisation.
    • Coordinate performance, competencies and evaluates productivity in the Sales Department.

    Principal Accountabilities (IPE Factors: Impact & Innovation):

    • Leading and driving the Fanmilk internal and external capability agenda.
    • Develop and implement Fan Milk’s training plans/modules for her sales team (all levels) and embed the Fanmilk way of working via on the job coaching -field and classroom training
    • Develop Sales Competencies framework for Fan Milk.
    • Evaluate and test competencies of the sales team.
    • Ensure the Sales Execution -Tablet solution is function appropriately.
    • Ensure accuracy in Sales force KPI Reporting
    • Accuracy in Vendors/ Customers weekly sales report
    • Manage the Data gathering Unit.
    • Develop and implement (with HR) a talent-based hiring program for the SO, RSM etc.
    • Develop and implement an induction program for SO, RSM etc.
    • Drives and monitors performance evaluation and coaching between NSM/RSMs and RSMs/SO.
    • Identify the potentials of high performers and build on their strengths.
    • Pool best practise and train the team on how to improve KPI performance.
    • Establishes and evaluates metrics for assessing training effectiveness.
    • Analyzes and evaluates training needs/gaps on an on-going basis to keep trainings current, effective and result driven
    • Develop a process for Regions to reward performing SOs in conjunction with HR
