    Volunteer Support Staff

    Job Summary

    • Support Volunteers will provide flexible assistance across different teams, including outreach, admin, enterprise activities, events, programs, and general support duties as assigned.
    • These individuals fill temporary or rotational support needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with outreach programs, field activities, and community engagements.
    • Support administrative work, including documentation and logistics.
    • Provide help during trainings, workshops, and foundation events.
    • Assist enterprise operations, product packaging, and customer assistance when needed.
    • Serve as backup support for departments experiencing high workload.
    • Complete general volunteer tasks assigned by the Volunteer Coordinator.

    Requirements

    • Minimum SSCE / OND / HND / BSc (any discipline).

    Volunteer Project Manager (Group Level)

    Job Summary

    • The Project Manager Volunteer will coordinate all projects across all divisions of the Live Again Group, ensuring effective planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
    • The role includes Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), project tracking, documentation, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects across the Live Again Foundation, Enterprise, etc.
    • Develop project timelines, work plans, and activity trackers.
    • Conduct monitoring and evaluation (M&E) for all programs and initiatives.
    • Prepare progress reports, outcome analyses, and performance dashboards.
    • Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.
    • Support documentation, data gathering, and stakeholder follow-up.
    • Coordinate with team leads and volunteers to ensure timely execution of tasks.
    • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards.

    Requirements

    • HND/BSc in Project Management, Social Sciences, Business Admin, or related field.
    • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
    • Familiarity with project management tools would be an added advantage.
    • Experience in reporting, research, M&E or admin roles is an added advantage.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks across different departments.
