    Regional Sales Manager (Biscuit)

    Job Description

    • Overall responsibility for achieving or exceeding the Sales and Distribution objectives in the respective Region to ensure achievement of company’s business objectives and strategy.

    Principal Accountabilities
    Sales Target:

    • Develop and achieve or exceed the sales volume/revenue goals targets as defined in the Business Plan for the sales channels and control/monitor the Sales budget to ensure optimum allocation of resources to different businesses of the company.

    Senior Retail Manager (Non - Food)

    Key Responsibilities
    Primary Functions:

    • Determine budget required to achieve category targets and ensure that all tasks/activities are executed within allocated budget and time frame.

    • Identify new products for introduction to improve on range planning, margins within the store format, market demand and product availability
    • Ensure timely stock replenishment in all outlets based on CATMAN, POG & Sales rate to minimize OOS
    • Closely monitor the stock holding per concept and ensure that ageing stocks are maintained within parameters.
    • Ensure that the category aesthetics, merchandising & VM is periodically updated to ensure appropriate displays and category flow

    Qualification Requirements

    • Graduate or preferably MBA in Retail
    • 5 years relevant experience with at least 4 years in supermarket category in hypermarket
    • AGE: 30 to 40
    • Overseas experience is an added advantage
    • Experience as a manager in a Non Food Store.

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for an experienced Tiper Driver to drive Company vehicles in a safe and legal manner whilst keeping service levels high and ensuring daily work is completed.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Complete all daily vehicle checks and fill out Vehicle Defect Book at the start of shift and end of shift.
    • Report all defects including tyre issues to Operations Office.
    • Complete all allocated work within the working day.
    • Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and submitted in a timely manner.
    • As a brand representative of the Company behave in a polite and professional manner at all times.
    • Grease fifth wheel plate regularly (Artics Only)
    • Fill vehicles with fuel on return to yard at end of the day.

    • Ensure your vehicle (and where appropriate trailer) is kept in a good, clean condition.
    • Load and unload the vehicle adhering to Safe Working Procedures and Risk Assessments.
    • Work from other depots within the group and operate other vehicles when required.
    • Report all accidents and incidents immediately and obtain details as required.
    • Comply with all Health, Safety, HR and Environmental policies and procedures.

    Requirements and skills

    • Candidates should possess an OND, HND or BSc in related fields.
    • Experience as a Tiper Driver
    • Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
    • Extensive knowledge of applicable tiper driving rules and regulations
