    Cash Handeling Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Cash Handling Officer to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate cash records, and ensure smooth payment operations.
    • The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and skilled in handling cash and other payment methods while providing excellent customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Accurately process customer payments via cash, POS, bank transfers, and other payment methods.
    • Maintain and reconcile cash drawers and prepare daily cash reports.
    • Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and security standards.
    • Assist with financial record-keeping, including deposits, petty cash, and receipts management.
    • Address customer inquiries or discrepancies professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

    Requirements

    • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 1 – 3 years of experience in cash handling, cashiering, or financial operations.
    • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with POS systems, banking procedures, and basic Excel.
    • Excellent communication, integrity, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    Brand Activation Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Lead brand development and execution of annual marketing activation plans to achieve business objectives
    • Track execution of various activations
    • Apply consumer insights to design impactful activations
    • Customize local campaigns to drive consumer excitement and motivate purchases
    • Lead cross-functional teams to execute brand initiatives and manage multiple projects
    • Manage budgets and monitor spend against objectives
    • Work closely with activation agencies and suppliers for delivery
    • Handle quotations, procurement, and payments within approved limits

    Requirements & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
    • 3–4 years of experience in brand activation, events, or marketing execution (preferably FMCG)
    • Excellent communication and reporting abilities
    • Strong data analysis and Excel skills
    • Strong organizational, coordination, and vendor management skills
    • Execution excellence and attention to detail
    • Creative problem-solving and agility under pressure
    • Team collaboration and leadership in field environments
    • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
