Van Field Sales Representative

Job Purpose
- Operate the sales van to deliver agreed business goals, including brilliant execution of sales, redistribution, and channel marketing activities within the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, achieving KPIs successfully.
- Proven ability to drive sales vans and deliver sales numbers with minimal supervision.
- Strong Van Sales experience.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Understanding of business objectives and sales priorities.
- Working knowledge of commercial planning processes.
- Knowledge of field sales, channel, and distributor management.
- Awareness of leadership and performance management expectations.
