Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Safely operate haul trucks (e.g., Cat 793/797, Komatsu 930E) to transport ore, waste, or materials efficiently.
Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to site safety protocols, including speed restrictions, traffic rules, and wearing PPE.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform pre-shift, mid-shift, and post-shift safety inspections (tires, brakes, lights, fluids) and perform minor troubleshooting or report maintenance issues.
Communication: Coordinate with dispatchers, shovels/loaders, and other operators via two-way radio to ensure efficient cycle times.
