The Visa & Travel Consultant will handle client consultations, provide expert advice on visa and relocation services, and ensure successful preparation of client applications. The role is sales-driven and requires excellent communication and persuasion skills to close deals and promote Zirotrip packages.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth client consultations on travel, study, work, and relocation visas.
Assess client eligibility and advise on requirements and processes.
Prepare and review visa application documents and submissions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and travel guidelines.
Promote Zirotrip services and close sales.
Follow up with clients and ensure high client satisfaction.
Assist the Branch Manager with operations, reporting, and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
BSc/HND in International Relations, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in travel/visa consultancy or sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and sales ability with proven track record.
