Job Summary

Our client, a leading manufacturer of branded sanitary products, is seeking qualified Mechanical and Electrical Trainee Technicians. The ideal candidates will support maintenance operations, troubleshoot equipment issues, and help ensure the smooth functioning of production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and first-line maintenance activities
• Ensure all mechanical maintenance is performed safely and in compliance with environmental regulations
• Maintain proper housekeeping of work areas and plant facilities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of technical tasks and projects
• Participate in troubleshooting equipment and process-related issues
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding operational activities
• Report risks, faults, and incidents to appropriate personnel

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment efficiently
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Basic knowledge or experience in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or HND in Engineering or a related discipline
• 0–1 year of relevant work experience
• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn
• Physically fit and able to handle demanding manual tasks

Salary & Benefits

• ₦100,000 monthly (attractive overall package)
