    Traditional Sales Representative

    Location: Kuje, Abuja (FCT) 

    Job Summary

    • The Traditional Sales Rep drives retail and wholesale growth in open markets, neighborhood shops, and local distributors.
    • The role focuses on volume movement, route-to-market execution, and ensuring Clyne Paper products are visible, available, and preferred in traditional trade - down to the grassroots level.

    Key Responsibilities
    Market Development & Sales Execution:

    • Sell across open markets, distributors, wholesalers, neighborhood stores, and retail outlets.
    • Prospect and onboard new retail customers (market stalls, mini-marts, corner shops).
    • Map territories and maintain structured sales routes for maximum coverage.
    • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales volume targets.

    Channel & Distributor Management:

    • Build and grow relationships with market leaders, sub-distributors, and retailers.
    • Ensure consistent product supply and monitor stock levels across channels.
    • Negotiate credit and cash sales in line with company policy.

    Visibility & Activation:

    • Conduct outlet visits to ensure product visibility.
    • Drive product visibility through canvassing and branding in retail outlets.
    • Support product activations, sampling, and market promotions.

    Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:

    • Track stock movement, competitor pricing, activities, and promotions in the market.
    • Provide actionable feedback to management on consumer trends and distributor needs.

    Performance Reporting & Sales Analytics:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales calls, collections, and stock movements.
    • Report daily sales activities and market feedback to the Supervisor.

    Product Mastery:

    • Know the full range of Clyne Paper products and communicate value at the grassroots level.
    • Educate traders and consumers on differences between Mushy, Swipe, MARAX, Clyne, and Smart Pee.

    KPIs

    • Achievement of monthly traditional sales volume targets.
    • Outlet coverage and number of new retailers onboarded.
    • Rate of repeat orders from small-scale customers.Visibility score (availability of products in retail outlets).

    Requirements

    • 2+ years in FMCG traditional trade sales.
    • Strong market knowledge and relationships with wholesalers/retailers in the assigned territory.
    • Ability to hit volume-driven targets under pressure.
    • Persuasive communicator with good negotiation skills.
    • Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable with fieldwork.
    • Must reside within Abuja and its environs.

    Corporate Sales Representative

    Location: Kuje, Abuja (FCT) 

    Role Overview

    • The Corporate Sales Rep drives B2B growth by acquiring, developing, and retaining corporate accounts. This includes offices, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools, event, companies, and organizations that require bulk tissue and hygiene solutions.

    Key Responsibilities
    Business Development & Sales Execution:

    • Acquire new B2B accounts across hotels, restaurants, hospitals, schools, supermarkets, corporate offices, and event companies while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
    • Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events.
    • Negotiate pricing, volumes, and payment terms in line with company policy.
    • Prepare tailored proposals and pricing packages that meet client needs.

    Client Relationship Management & Service Coordination:

    • Manage the full client lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, onboarding, delivery coordination, and feedback.
    • Monitor stock levels at client outlets and ensure product availability.
    • Build and maintain relationships with procurement managers, facility managers, HR/admins, and purchasing officers.
    • Ensure seamless service delivery and consistent supply across accounts.

    Referral & Partnership Development:

    • Design and manage referral programs with existing corporate clients.
    • Build partnerships with supermarkets, event planners, and aligned service providers to grow corporate deal flow.

    Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:

    • Conduct market scans and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
    • Recommend pricing, product positioning, and packaging adjustments based on insights.

    Performance Reporting & Sales Analytics:

    • Track pipeline, conversions, and closed deals using sales trackers/CRM.
    • Submit weekly sales performance and activity reports.
    • Monitor client retention and recommend upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
    • Collaborate with customer service to ensure prompt resolution of client issues.

    Product Mastery:

    • Maintain strong product knowledge across all Clyne Paper brands.
    • Position products in terms of quality, cost-effectiveness, and operational ease for corporates.

    KPIs

    • Achievement of monthly corporate sales volume targets.
    • Number of new corporate accounts onboarded monthly.
    • Value of repeat contracts and retention rate of key accounts.
    • Timeliness and accuracy of pipeline reporting.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
    • 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or key account management.
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Ability to secure and manage large-volume accounts.
    • Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
    • High emotional intelligence and ability to build long-term trust with corporate stakeholders.
    • Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
