    Technical Assistant (Electrical and Mechanical)

    Responsibilities

    • Perform maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
    • Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems, and conduct repairs when necessary
    • Analyze problems to see how mechanical and electrical devices might help solve the problem
    • Working closely with the team in performing a wide range of electrical and mechanical tasks.

    Job Requirements

    • Relevant qualification with relevant experience.
    • Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage.
    • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician
    • Experienced in water treatment system
    • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
    • Strong knowledge of diesel generators, ACs, Chillers, and Refrigerators.
    • Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
    • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
    • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
    • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.

    Assistant Supermarket Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Meet and exceed sales target
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
    • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
    • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
    • Directs store operations, including retail operations, customer service, managing employees and sales.
    • Develop business strategies to raise our customer pool, expand store traffic and optimise profitability.
    • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
    • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
    • Bring out the best of the branch’s personnel through training, coaching, development and motivation.
    • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
    • Responsible for maintaining an acceptable gross profit, proper inventory management and reporting of store activities.
    • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc

    Requirements

    • BSc / HND in Business Administration or relevant field.
    • A minimum of four years of managerial work experience in the retail industry.
    • Must have run and managed a supermarket before.
    • Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
    • Strong organisational skills
    • Attention to Details and Numerical Skills.
    • Demonstrable Skills and Technical Competence.
    • Interested applicants must be of high integrity.
    • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
