    Store Manager

    Job Summary

    • Our client is looking to hire a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations at our store.

    Job Responsibilities

    • To ensure high levels of client satisfaction and provide great service
    • By training and coaching salespeople, you may motivate them to accomplish sales targets
    • Create marketing techniques to bring in new customers, increase store traffic, and increase profits
    • Supervise employees employee activities
    • Professionally respond to consumer complaints and concerns
    • Ascertain that the store complies with all health and safety laws
    • Prepare in-depth studies on purchasing trends, client needs, and profit margins
    • Manage store budgets and keep financial records up to date Keep an eye on inventory levels and place fresh orders as needed

    Requirements

    • Possess a B.Sc. / HND in Management or any other Social
    • Experience: A minimum of two years experience working in a retail setting, preferably in a management position
    • Excellent leadership and customer service skills Science discipline
    • Customer-focused with a thorough understanding of basic business management processes
    • Attention to detail & Great selling skill
    • Great interpersonal and communication skills.

    Storekeeper

    Job Description

    • The storekeeper is responsible for the maintenance of a site’s store, performing activities such as stocking of operational materials and supplies, inventory control and records

    Responsibilities

    • Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
    • Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
    • Maintain store record and inventory of all items in the store.
    • Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the store
    • Responsible for preparation of monthly store report.
    • Any other assigned task(s)

    Education & Experience

    • National Diploma (ND) or Secondary School Certificate (S.S.C.E. / WAEC).
    • 1 - 3 years store keeping experience a reputable organization.

    Competencies Required:

    • Good analytical skill
    • Experience in the use of computer application such as MS Office is added advantage
    • Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
    • Good record keeping skill
    • Good team player
    • Attention to details.

    Salary
    N55,000 monthly.

    Customer Service Executive

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and generate sales leads
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
    • Take the extra mile to engage customers

    Qualification/Requirements

    • HND/BSC in related field
    • 1-3years proven experience as a Customer Support or  Client Service Representative
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

    Enterprise Key Account Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage quota for bookings and revenue for assigned major accounts.
    • Escalate member issues, when appropriate, and clearly communicate steps taken, future steps and member needs in ticket to ensure a smooth transition between internal teams.
    • Identify opportunities to develop new training materials designed to ensure successful customer onboarding and support business-wide adoption.
    • Act as a true account manager overseeing almost all aspects of the client's business.
    • Partner with internal resources in order to drive additional value and expertise.
    • Areas of focus include B2B (virtual and card-based) payments, expense management, travel solutions, data solutions, compliance, and reporting.
    • Build effective relationships and develop influence with internal stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain accurate sales and/or revenue forecasts and management of quota funnels.
    • Advise partner sales leaders on new and growing partners to deliver qualified partners to support customer needs.
       

    Qualifications

    • HND/ Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science or related fields.
    • Strong command of English language and good negotiation skill
    • 3-5years of experience in similar role
    • Experience managing complete pipeline process.
    • Comfortable working in cloud-based environment.
