We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will play a vital role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable insights and solutions.
Responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences
Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.
Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
2 Years plus experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze complex data sets.
Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques such as process mapping, data modelling, and requirements gathering.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Proficiency in using productivity tools and software such as Microsoft Office, project management tools, and data visualization tools.
