As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business needs, gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting business processes, and translating business objectives into clear functional requirements and actionable solutions.
The role requires a strong client-facing professional who can engage stakeholders, facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline
Professional certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile-related) is preferred
Demonstrated experience working on structured projects in FSI, Telecoms, or enterprise environments
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and facilitation
Time management and multi-project coordination
Ability to translate business problems into clear solution requirements
Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering sessions and workshops with clients or internal team
Develop and maintain BRDs, FRSs, use cases, user stories, process models, and data maps
Validate requirements with technical teams and business stakeholders
Perform gap and impact analysis for change requests or enhancements
Facilitate solution walkthroughs and sign-off meetings
Ensure traceability of requirements from initiation through testing
Contribute to UAT planning, coordination, and results validation
Solid understanding of BA methodologies (e.g., BABOK)
In-depth knowledge of requirements lifecycle, requirement types, and modelling standards
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as needed
Support continuous improvement by proposing enhancements to existing business processes
Understanding of business process reengineering
Exposure to data analysis and reporting structures (BI dashboards, KPIs)
