• Professionals who do not sell SHS products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers for high-value solar products.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant fields
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the solar industry.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high sales targets and manage large accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the solar market and product knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales success.
• Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in solar sales
• Sales Performance: Proven track record with product sales of N1 million and above

Job Description

• As our Head, Engineering, you are a natural leader with proven evidence of high-quality delivery in a fast-paced high energy firm. You have a solid technical background combined with an understanding of how the different pieces of firmware, software, algorithms and quality engineering come together to make a feature possible; someone who has exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle complex cross-functional team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Attending sprint Planning and SCRUM sessions in alignment with the company’s Agile Development Methodology.
• Managing a team of Embedded Engineers that build the hardware and firmware that runs on the company's developed products.
• Managing Engineers and helping them develop their careers, assigning them to projects tailored to their skill levels, long-term skill development, personalities, and work styles.
• Communicating and collaborating effectively with cross-functional hardware and Software Engineering teams.
• Championing Engineering and Operational excellence, establishing metrics and process for regular assessment and improvement.
• Responsible for product assembly by ensuring product stability through a process of rigorous quality control and assurance process.
• Working closely with the supply chain team to ensure efficient material sourcing for all with zero instance of material unavailability.
• Setting clear expectations and creating a positive work environment based on accountability, in collaboration with the engineering and Management teams.
• Working closely with dedicated recruiting staff to expand the team, including sourcing candidates, interviewing candidates, participating in conferences/events, and onboarding new employees.

Requirements
You’ll be a good fit for this role if you have:

• Proven track record of leading and managing Embedded Engineering Teams.
• 7+ years of experience in hands-on development in C/C++ for embedded systems and evaluating firmware architecture.
• 7+ years of experience in Hardware development with experience in 32bit ARM Cortex processors
• Proven track record of designing, developing and assembling hardware products that address complex challenges in the energy sector.
• Knowledge of computer architecture, hardware interfaces, real-time operating systems and driver development on low-level bare metal and high-level operating systems.
• Excellent understanding of most systems on modern SoCs: CPU cores, memory bandwidth tradeoffs, low-power, bootloaders
• Experience in system development from scratch with board bring-up
• Experience in test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration (CI) techniques for embedded systems
• Experience in High speed, Advanced PCB design from schematic to PCB to manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
