    Solar Panel Installers

    What is required of you

    • Assembling and installing panels, modules, and support structures in accordance with building codes
    • Applying weather sealing to buildings or support mechanisms
    • Checking the integrity of wiring, grounding, and electrical terminations
    • Recommending proper installation of overcurrent, disconnect, surge suppression, and grounding equipment
    • Designing customized PV systems that conform to the client’s wishes
    • Activating and testing PV systems to confirm functionality
    • Monitoring and adjusting designs based on new building regulations
    • Maintaining safe work practices

    Your Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience as a project manager, field engineer, or project engineer preferred in the Solar PV space.
    • Experience as a project manager with responsibility for management of project budget, schedule, engineering performance, construction performance, commissioning performance, quality performance, and safety performance required.
    • Demonstrated experience in a safety-focused work environment required.
    • Minimum of BSc or HND in engineering (i.e. civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, or similar technical degree).

    Responsibilities

    • Finding and onboarding CAAS partners
    • Account management of active CaaS partners
    • Manage the CX to ensure best customer satisfaction and partner control

    • Successful candidate will be responsible for Business development of SHS Channel and leading key partnership and growth of Finance channel: Banks, MFI and other strategic financing partner

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Engineering with expertise in solar energy to lead our engineering team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar power systems and extensive experience in engineering management. As the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering activities related to solar projects, from design and implementation to maintenance and optimization.

    • Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering solar projects on time and within budget.
    • Strong technical knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, inverters, battery storage, and monitoring technologies.
    • Familiarity with solar modeling software, CAD tools, and electrical design software.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
