    Business Development Manager - Forex Remittance

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in Forex Remittance to join our team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in forex remittance services. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our forex remittance business, expanding our client base, and increasing revenue.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth of the forex remittance business in Lagos.
    • Identify and target potential clients, including individuals, businesses, and financial institutions, to expand our customer base.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities in the forex remittance industry.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop effective strategies for acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for business expansion and growth.
    • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals and contracts.
    • Monitor and track sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to management.
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the forex remittance process.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to forex remittance operations.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our forex remittance services and build brand awareness.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a focus on forex remittance services.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the forex remittance industry.
    • Strong understanding of forex regulations, compliance requirements, and market dynamics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused individual.
    • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
