Monitor social media platforms for customer inquiries, comments, mentions, and messages, and resolve issues promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance.
Create relevant content for social media channels, including but not limited to product promotions, and community highlights.
Schedule and post content using social media management tools.
Collaborate with Management to create and implement new ideas and solutions for marketing campaigns and to enhance customer satisfaction.
Work with the different teams to deeply understand and improve O'Naturals' services & products.
Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Participate in self-hosted and external events (offline & online) on behalf of O'Naturals.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant fields with 1 - 3 years work experience.
Good knowledge of content creation within the Beauty industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends
Familiarity with design and video editing tools.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) and holidays. Weekday off (Mondays)
Assissting the Salon Supervisor, in efficient day-to-day running of the salon and retail shop.
Greet customers, respond to questions and provide outstanding customer service
Answer phone calls and messages about inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner
Direct customers to products within the shop and assist in packing the products to the front desk for invoicing and payment.
Operate cash register, manage financial transactions and balance cash book
Proactively identity relevant stock required in the salon and retail shop and forward requisition request to the salon on a timely basis
Maintain accurate and updated records of salon transactions and activities
Manage the arrangement, layout and organisation of the Salon and retail shop
Develop service and product knowledge by consistently learning about salon services, product vendors resource materials and attending training classes in order to communicate it to the customer
Stay current with promotional events and sales
Prepare periodic activity/management reports for the attention of the Salon Supervisor/Manager/CEO
Perform other duties as assigned by the Salon Manager or CEO
Qualifications / Skills Requirements
Minimum of HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or relevant field
1+ year experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service Representative or Front desk officer.
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and sales software.
Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative
Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
Good organisational, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to recommend services and sell products to customers to meet their hair needs.
Ability to handle challenging and sometimes emotional situations and customers
Ability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) and holidays. Weekday off (Tuesdays)
Residence around Surulere or surrounding areas is an added advantage
