    Social Media Manager

    Description

    As a Social Media Manager for Useforms & Identify, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the management of both brands’ social media identity. You will take ownership of the development, execution and maintenance of Useforms and Identify’s social media engagement efforts, as well as monitoring, reporting, and analysis within the larger Marketing and Growth team. The candidate will ensure that all social media content and communication speaks to our intentions, purpose and positioning, while also aligning with set communications guidelines. The role will also involve championing customer engagement online and ensuring each touchpoint with the customer is easily accessible, speedily responsive and humanized in approach.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop social media strategy in line with business strategic intent and global best practices
    • Content planning and creation, copywriting, scheduling, and deployment on Useforms and Identify’s social media channels.
    • Engage online followers, guide conversations along the customer journey to lead to desired conversion action, respond to inquiries/complaints, and turn followers into recurring customers.
    • Ensure consistency in brand voice across all social media channels where Useforms and Identify are present.
    • Provide data analysis and metric reporting when needed.
    • Lead online reputation management and develop crisis management plans to nip negative social media eruptions in the bud
    • Ensure all relevant days of special interest + seasonal activities are covered via a content schedule.
    • Conduct social listening through dedicated tools to keep track of brand mentions, sentiments, share of voice, etc.
    • Monitor social media trends locally and globally and suggest ways to creatively leverage them in line with Useforms and Identify’s brand's DNA.
    • Coordinate cross-functional relationships between Content Central and Creative Central in the process of content development and deployment on social media.
    • Constant innovation on how to improve Useforms and Identify’s social media activities and overall digital performance, while providing perspective for adoption where appropriate.

    Affiliate Engagement Officer

    Description

    The Marketing and Growth team of Softcom is tasked with the crucial responsibility of crafting market strategies and having a high-level oversight for all strategic marketing and growth planning that will be done within the Growth unit, ensuring that plans developed can meet/surpass the unit's objectives at every given time.

    We are looking for an Affiliate Engagement Officer who will be responsible for driving go-to-market activities, competitive intelligence, messaging, positioning and customer engagement for all our referral programs. The Marketing and Growth unit has significant profit and loss responsibility and will rely on its Growth team to meet its revenue targets..

    If you have a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and enjoy solving complex problems, if you are passionate about carefully researching customer pain points, recommending practical solutions, and developing great growth strategies to drive market success, then you’re the ideal candidate for this role.

    You will work with an experienced team of like minds across the Marketing and Growth department to develop and deploy strategies that drive innovation and growth.     • Experience in marketing automation and Salesforce CRM.

    Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled, experienced, and imaginative writer with an eye for detail, who writes clear and concise copy for scripts, social, in-app, and web content. Your words will inform, educate, engage and convert a variety of target audiences. You will oversee and ensure the desired creation of written and visual content, from conceptualization to publishing and reporting.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assist the editorial team in brainstorming content creation materials and strategies to attract, encourage and drive the target audience to take the desired actions
    • Interpret copywriting briefs to understand and deliver on project requirements
    • Assist the team in writing engaging brochures, articles, blog posts, press releases, and editorial calendars, etc.

    Photographer

    The photographer role involves working closely with clients to capture photos of people, places, and things through the use of creativity and technical abilities in photographic equipment and photo manipulation software. To ensure that desired results are obtained, you would need to properly plan, shape, and communicate effectively with subjects regarding expectations in order to meet standards and deadlines of projects, you would also need to produce photo sessions which could be in-house or external shoots which would be handled from idea conception to final delivery.     Description
    The videographer role involves working with the creative team to plan, film, and edit video content according to requirements.
