    Social Media Manager

    Description

    As a Social Media Manager for Useforms & Identify, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the management of both brands’ social media identity. You will take ownership of the development, execution and maintenance of Useforms and Identify’s social media engagement efforts, as well as monitoring, reporting, and analysis within the larger Marketing and Growth team. The candidate will ensure that all social media content and communication speaks to our intentions, purpose and positioning, while also aligning with set communications guidelines. The role will also involve championing customer engagement online and ensuring each touchpoint with the customer is easily accessible, speedily responsive and humanized in approach.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop social media strategy in line with business strategic intent and global best practices
    • Content planning and creation, copywriting, scheduling, and deployment on Useforms and Identify’s social media channels.
    • Engage online followers, guide conversations along the customer journey to lead to desired conversion action, respond to inquiries/complaints, and turn followers into recurring customers.
    • Ensure consistency in brand voice across all social media channels where Useforms and Identify are present.
    • Provide data analysis and metric reporting when needed.
    • Lead online reputation management and develop crisis management plans to nip negative social media eruptions in the bud
    • Ensure all relevant days of special interest + seasonal activities are covered via a content schedule.
    • Conduct social listening through dedicated tools to keep track of brand mentions, sentiments, share of voice, etc.
    • Monitor social media trends locally and globally and suggest ways to creatively leverage them in line with Useforms and Identify’s brand's DNA.
    • Coordinate cross-functional relationships between Content Central and Creative Central in the process of content development and deployment on social media.
    • Constant innovation on how to improve Useforms and Identify’s social media activities and overall digital performance, while providing perspective for adoption where appropriate.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in communications or the arts
    • 3+ years proven experience as a Social Media Manager/ Content Creator. Agency experience is a definite plus
    • Excellent creative writing, storytelling, editing and proofreading skills
    • Vast experience in creating content for social media, web, app and print
    • Super strong presentation, writing, and critical thinking skills
    • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
    • Experience with marketing professional services and familiarity with industry terms,deliverables, and processes
