    Description 

    • Our client is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.
    • The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to connect with diverse communities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the bank's mission and goals.
    • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community engagement.
    • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to optimize campaigns.
    • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging.
    • Stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms relevant to the financial sector.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the financial services sector.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
    • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
    • Creativity and a keen eye for design.

    Instore Sales Representative / Promoters

    Summary

    • We are looking to recruit an Instore Sales Promoter across several loaction in the Lagos.
    • Suitable candidates will be required to resume immediately.

    Job Description

    • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
    • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
    • Continuously improve through feedback.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an FSLC / OND qualification
    • At least 1 year proven work experience as a sales representative
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
    • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
