    Senior Supervisor - Post Award Contract Management

    Requirements
    Academics:

    • A University Degree in Engineering or any Sciences, Social Sciences, or Arts.
    • MBA/MSc and/or MCIPS to be added advantage

    Age:

    • Below 45 years

    Work Experience:

    • Must have at least 3 years’ experience in data analytics with application to the field of finance, contracting and maintenance.

    Technology Platforms:

    • Adept at working with SAP, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel (Advanced), Power BI

    Professional Certifications:

    • Must have at least professional certifications in one of the following: Advanced MS Excel, Power BI, SAP
    • Current membership of CIPS and ASCM or CSCMP or APS or CILT shall be considered as added advantage.

    Technical Skills Specifically, he/she will:

    • Uncompromising on Ethics & Compliance and HSSE: Promote consistency, fairness and integrity throughout the contracting process
    • Must support integrative drive to compliance with SPDC’s Procurement Policy, Standards and Procedures as well as the Shell Group Statement of General Business Principles and Codes of Conduct.
    • Prepare contract scopes, specifications and tender documents for short and medium-term services/materials required.
    • Determine optimum “should cost” through comparison of costs leveraging external benchmarks and analysis of market conditions.
    • Prepare ITT and contract documentation for the services required and execute the contract strategy through negotiation or application of the tender process.
    • Prepare Tender Board / Supply Chain council submissions and maintain approval status.
    • Finalize contract documentation and award.
    • Maintain up-to-date consolidated inventory (records) of all MRTA contracts.
    • Prepare and disseminate reports showing Key Contract Performance Indicators and status of active contracts and those being processed.
    • Drive embedment of improvement to contracting process and closeout audit actions as applicable.
    • Continually analyze MRTA contracts performance, issues and challenges, and adapt the applicable standards to avoid reoccurrence in future contracts processing.
    • Support the development of indigenous contractors through the development and implementation of targeted contracting strategies.
    • Execute close-out of contracts in line with governing procedure
    • Preparing commercial justification for recommending changes in contracting strategies
    • Establish good working relations with JV Partners, with an emphasis on continuous engagement on all MRTA contracts/procurement issues.
    • Develop own technical and contracting skills/competence in line with changing business needs. Evaluate and capture new knowledge and learning. Coach and mentor other MRTA engineers on contracting techniques.
    • In consultation with MRTA Business Performance team, prepare annual budget requirement for MRTA and monitor to stay within approved limits.
    • Collaborate with HSE Focal Points to assure effective Contractor HSE and Goal Zero management.
    • Prepare internal e-LDL process with support from the Finance team and other stakeholders.

    Soft skills required:

    • Demonstrated competences in Leadership skills and Maintenance business processes or good knowledge base having managed maintenance contracts for some years.
    • High proficiency in big data analysis with eyes on cost and speed.
    • Demonstrated understanding of financial, commercial and technical controls in both the tendering process and contract management.
    • Proficiency in key business IT tools, SAP Systems on Maintenance, Contracts, inventory management and presentation skills
    • Excellent stakeholders (internal/external) relationship with strong focus on alliance
    • Good knowledge of safety management system
    • Ability to challenge, influence and think laterally from both commercial and line operations perspective.
    • Good organizational and networking skills, flexible, adaptable, and a fast learner;
    • A commitment to continuing own professional development, and a continuous improvement mindset;
    • Demonstrated ability to work and deliver quality results despite pressures of tight deadlines.
    • Good understanding of legislation, statutory requirements, and information management such as Data Privacy, etc.

    Integrated Planning Performance Analyst

    Job Description

    • Monitors and evaluates Integrated Planning business and process performance.
    • Identification of improvement opportunities across all functions
    • Update Primavera (P6) daily in line with work execution progress across all functions
    • Prepared, monitored, updated and designed Heat Maps for MT-IAP cycle.
    • Supporting Functional Planners in Primavera issues.
    • Provide support for IAP Planner in Planning, Preparing and Delivering  of Medium Term Integrated Activity Plan (MT-IAP) for organization business strategy.

    Qualifications

    • First degree in Engineering or any Science courses
    • Certification: Experienced in the IAPs tools e.g. Primavera (P6), Proficiency in the of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint etc.  Passed through IAP Master Class training.
    • Experience: At least 3 working experience in the use of IAP tools especially Primavera (P6).

    Mechanical Support Technician (TUNU)

    Job Requirements
    Qualifications:

    • Candidates should possess a City & Guilds / Trade Test / OND / HND in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering discipline
    • Age Below 50 years

    Professional Certificate:

    • Gas & Diesel Engine Training / certificate (would be considered added advantage)
    • PTW competent (would be considered added advantage)

    Work Experience:

    • 4-10 years HANDS-ON experience in Diesel and Gas Caterpillar Engines/Gen Sets (G3412,G3408,D3512, G3516, G3512), Sulzer Pumps,Waukesha VHP Engines(7042GL & F3521GL), Cameron Compressors,Howden compressors, Siemens compressors, Solar Turbines(Mars 100, Centaur 40, Taurus 60) expert utilization of specialist diagnostic tools & equipment (e.g. ET, DDT) with demonstrated excellent skills in Technical Reports writing.
    • Familiarity or experience in SPDC assets shall be considered added advantage

    Technology / Equipment Competencies

    • Skill at Caterpillar gas/diesel engines troubleshooting and repair (G3412, G3408, D3512, G3516, G3512),
    • Skill at Sulzer pump troubleshooting and repair
    • Skill at Waukesha Gas Engine troubleshooting and repair
    • Skilled at Caterpillar engine overhaul process (20k & 40K MOH of G3412, G3408, Waukesha and Gas Compressors)
    • Skill at use of Caterpillar diagnostic tools (ET, DDT, FUEL TIMING & MANO-METER)
    • Skill at overhaul of Engine Accessories, Engine Clutches, Cylinder heads, Air starter motors and engine cooling systems (radiator and water pump)
    • Skill at carrying out 4K inspection of Solar Turbines, Cameron and HowdenCompressors (Inspection and repair/re-kit of suction and discharge valves)

    Technical Skills (Added Advantage):

    Instrumentation Technician / PACO Support

    Roles and Responsibilities
    The Instrument Technician will be responsible for the following:

    • Calibrations of smart transmitter (using HART communicator), pressure controllers, Safeguarding System devices, Pressure control valves, relief valves, Pressure vacuum valves, Regulators,
    • Use and interpret Engineering Drawings for field work
    • Carry out calibration of flow and level switches, Digital and Pneumatic Instrumentation, Process Automation and Controls Systems
    • Maintenance of AFFF fire and gas systems and Linear Heat detection (LHD) system on crude oil storage tanks 
    • Operation and maintenance of field instrument devices.
    • Use of diagnostic tools such as Druck Pressure Calibrator, hand pumps, Current Loop Calibrator (Unomat), Hart Communicator and other Instrumentation hand tools for testing and fault tracing in Hazardous Areas.
    • Daily proactive monitoring of rotating equipment and safety instrumented systems (SIS)& production critical equipment.
    • Job Hazard Assessments / Permit to Work preparation.
    • Promotes site safety and continuous hazard identification, mitigation, and close-out.
    • Work closely with other service Contractor(s) for safe delivery of vendor-based maintenance jobs.
    • Other assignments for continuous improvements (AMS process application: RCAs, MTO, MEC etc.) as exigent.

    Requirements

    • Academics: OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Instrumentation course.
    • Age: 45 years.
    • Gender: Female / Male

    Work Experience:

    • Minimum of 10 years experience working in an oil and gas producing field location or servicing oil and gas producing locations.
    • Experience inSPDC Crude Export Terminal operations (Preferably Forcados Terminal)is a strong prerequisite.This includes good acquaintance with decades old installed equipment and instant ability to maintain them.

    Key Skills:

    • Ability to troubleshoot and rectify Instrumentation faults using P&ID drawings, loop drawings and PEFS.
    • Experience in operations and maintenance of Field Instrumentation devices including but not limited to Transmitters (HART). control valves, Flow meters, differential pressure transmitters, Shutdown valves, Motorized Operated Valves, and actuators (MOVs), Fire & Gas detectors, Switches, Solenoids, loop checks.
    • Experience in Distributed Control Systems (Yokogawa Centum VP). Ability to carry out first line trouble shooting using the engineering workstation, carry out control loop tuning, alarm downloads and bad actor analysis.
    • Experience in Crude Oil Tank gauging systems. We have ENRAF gauges on the tanks all tied to an ENTTIS tank gauging system. Ability to carry out loop checks and calibrate the gauges for crude oil measurements.
    • Experience in Fire & Gas system checks. Ability to carry out functional testing of the field detectors and carry out repairs where necessary.
    • Experience in dynamic metering recertification activities including prover loop calibration exercise, meter calibration, crude oil meter proving exercise, fiscal measurement devices maintenance, linearity checks, Auto sampler grab performance test and ancillary instrument calibration exercises in line with statutory guidelines will be a great added advantage.

    Soft Skills (Added advantage):

    • Computer literate (Competent user of Microsoft Office and ability to liaise with programs)
    • Experience in Computerized maintenance management system (SAP)
    • Experience in the collaborative use of electronic permit-to-work systems
    • Knowledge of worksite hazard management
    • Make meaningful contributions towards Instrumentation projects
    • Good Communication skills&a team player
    • Ability to work with other professionals to carry out RCAs & AARs
