    Senior Sales Executive

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, onsite Senior Sales Executive role based in Lagos.
    • The Senior Sales Executive will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
    • Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of clients, conducting property viewings, preparing proposals, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.

    Qualifications

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator and Presenter role based in Lagos.
    • The role involves planning, scripting, and producing engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns focused on real estate offerings.
    • The Content Creator and Presenter will appear on camera to showcase properties, conduct virtual tours, host interviews, and present brand messages in a clear and compelling manner.

    Qualifications

    • On-camera presenting skills, with clear diction, confident public speaking, and the ability to engage diverse audiences.

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Lagos. The Video Editor will plan, edit, and assemble video content that showcases Kingford Homes’ properties, brand stories, and customer testimonials for digital and offline channels. Daily tasks include organizing raw footage, selecting and trimming clips, adding transitions, music, and sound effects, and ensuring consistent branding across all content. The role involves color grading, basic motion graphics, and collaborating with marketing, sales, and creative teams to deliver compelling video assets on schedule. The Video Editor will also export and optimize videos for various platforms, maintain an organized media library, and suggest new visual ideas to improve audience engagement.

    Qualifications

    • Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including working with raw footage, timelines, and various video formats.
    • Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual tones across all projects.
    • Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand identity.
    • Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve; After Effects is a plus).
    • Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings for web and social media platforms.
