    Senior Sales Executive

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, onsite Senior Sales Executive role based in Lagos.
    • The Senior Sales Executive will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
    • Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of clients, conducting property viewings, preparing proposals, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
    • The role involves collaborating with marketing and project teams to align sales strategies with current and upcoming developments, as well as providing market feedback to support business decisions.
    • The Senior Sales Executive will also nurture long-term client relationships, achieve sales targets, and represent Kingford Homes professionally at client meetings, events, and site visits.

    Qualifications

    • Strong real estate sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead management, negotiation, and closing.
    • Excellent client relationship management, networking, and customer service skills to build trust and long-term partnerships.
    • Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in basic digital tools and CRM systems to track leads, manage opportunities, and report on sales performance.
    • Proven experience in real estate or a related industry, preferably in Lagos or similar markets.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple prospects and projects simultaneously.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
    • Knowledge of local real estate regulations, market trends, and property valuation practices is an advantage.
    • Willingness to work on-site, conduct frequent property visits, and occasionally work outside standard business hours when required.
