Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator and Presenter role based in Lagos.
• The role involves planning, scripting, and producing engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns focused on real estate offerings.
• The Content Creator and Presenter will appear on camera to showcase properties, conduct virtual tours, host interviews, and present brand messages in a clear and compelling manner.
• Day-to-day tasks include researching topics, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, preparing storyboards, recording and presenting video content, and collaborating with designers and editors to ensure high-quality output.
• The role also includes analyzing content performance, adapting messaging based on audience engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels.

Qualifications

• Strong content creation skills, including scripting, basic copywriting, and storytelling for digital platforms.
• On-camera presenting skills, with clear diction, confident public speaking, and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing concepts, and basic content planning.
• Ability to collaborate with creative, marketing, and sales teams, and to incorporate feedback constructively.
• Basic understanding of video production processes, such as framing, lighting awareness, and working with editors (experience with simple video tools is an advantage).
• Excellent command of spoken and written English; additional familiarity with local languages is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines.
• Interest or experience in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle content is highly beneficial.
• Relevant academic background in Communications, Media, Marketing, Theatre, Journalism, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
