    Senior Research Associate

    Job Summary

    • As the Senior Research Associate, you will lead the firm's research function by delivering actionable market intelligence, investment insights, and strategic recommendations that support portfolio performance, client advisory, and business growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead equity and macroeconomic research activities across sectors and markets
    • Conduct in-depth company, industry, and market analysis to generate investment recommendations
    • Develop financial models, valuation frameworks, market outlook reports, and research publications
    • Manage model portfolios and provide investment advisory support to management, institutional clients, and sales teams
    • Produce regular market commentaries, investment notes, and strategic research reports to support business growth and client retention.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related fields
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in Equity Research, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Stockbroking, or Capital Markets
    • Professional certification such as CFA, CIS, ACA, ACCA, or related qualification is highly preferred
    • Strong expertise in financial modelling, company valuation, equity analysis, and macroeconomic research
    • Excellent analytical, presentation, report writing, and stakeholder management skills.

    Senior Sales Executive (Corporate Finance & Advisory Group)

    Job Summary

    • As the Senior Sales Executive, you will drive business development initiatives for the Corporate Finance & Advisory practice by originating high-value transactions, building strategic relationships, and expanding the firm's advisory and capital raising portfolio.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive business development and client acquisition activities for the Corporate Finance & Advisory business
    • Source mandates across capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, business valuation, corporate restructuring, and transaction advisory services
    • Build and maintain relationships with business owners, CEOs, CFOs, institutional investors, and other key stakeholders
    • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities from prospecting through deal closure
    • Collaborate with execution teams to ensure seamless delivery of client mandates and exceptional client experience

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Development, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Financial Advisory, Capital Markets, or Relationship Management
    • Proven experience selling financial products, advisory solutions, or investment services to corporate clients
    • Strong network within the Nigerian business and financial ecosystem
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
