Compensation: ₦400,000 – ₦700,000

Job Overview

Polygate Automation is an early-stage B2B AI infrastructure company bringing AI and automation into enterprises and SMBs. This is an individual contributor role for an experienced technology seller who wants to build a self-sourced pipeline and turn technical solutions into commercial results. The stated base salary is monthly, with commission on closed deals and a performance bonus.

Responsibilities

• Source enterprise and SMB prospects through outbound outreach.
• Build and manage a pipeline of owned opportunities.
• Explain AI and automation solutions in terms of buyer needs.
• Advance self-sourced opportunities through negotiation and close.
• Track sales progress against monthly closed-sales goals.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience
• 8+ years in technology sales
• Verifiable record exceeding ₦100m in monthly technology sales
• Enterprise software, SaaS or IT infrastructure sales
• Outbound prospecting
• Full-cycle B2B sales
• Technical solution communication
• Business-case development
• Verifiable record of personally closing over ₦100m in monthly technology sales
• 8+ years selling enterprise software, SaaS or IT infrastructure
• Self-sourcing enterprise and SMB B2B opportunities
• Advancing self-sourced opportunities through negotiation and close
• Building buyer business cases for technical solutions
• Selling AI or automation solutions
