    Senior Manager - Network as a Service

    • Develop and execute strategic marketing plan and programs to achieve set targets for profitability, revenue, value and market share, retention churn, etc.  (short-term and long-term).
    • Ensure that operational targets are aligned to business strategy and that long term (1-2 years) implications of actions have been considered in terms of viability of the business from a broad perspective.
    • Develop expertise regarding the global carrier marketplace and the economic impact of carrier initiatives to ensure MTNN is aligned to industry best practice.
    • Consider the impact of solutions on other areas of the business, as well as on the interdependency of units.
    • Drive best practice, continuous improvement and innovation at process and procedure level within the Carrier Services function.
    • Construct, implement and fine-tune methods, processes, policies and systems to enhance effectiveness and meet organizational goals.
    • Set objectives and targets for Carrier Services team in alignment with business strategy, considering the long term (1-2 years) implications of actions from a broader perspective.

    • Develop long-term forecasts and predictions (2-5 years).

    Education:

    • First degree in Finance, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline

    Manager - Network Audit

    • Plan systems audit procedures, oversee a team of auditors and ensure their investigation is in compliance with MTNN and government standards.
    • Lead and direct the monitoring of MTNNs computer network for possible mismanagement, fraud and inefficiency.
    • Create a holistic picture of each project to provide context for the findings, and implement procedures as required to perform Networks audits.
    • Manage expertise and resource planning and requirements for Networks Audit assignments, special assignments and management requests.
    • Manage the audit assignments’ progress and escalate any roadblocks to completion to the Senior Manager for intervention and resolution.

    • Review the audit programs to ensure the appropriate testing mechanisms.
    • Review and manage the work of the audit staff in identification, development, and documentation of audit issues and recommendations for improvement, as guided by Senior Manager Internal Audit.
    • Develop recommendations for bringing programs and operations into compliance with goals and objectives and write up reports to document findings.
    • Communicate the results, findings and recommendations of audit projects through written reports and face-to-face presentations on a timely basis to the Senior Manager: Financial and Operational Audit

    Experience:

    Manager - Financial Planning Management Reporting

    • Lead team to interpret accounting/financial information in order to evaluate the financial performance of MTNN business operations.
    • Assist with year-end audit and statutory and regulatory returns, ensuring compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.

    Manager - Fintech Audit

    • Develop and record a plan for each FinTech related engagements reflecting the scope and objectives of the audit assignment linked to the significant risk exposure within that control environment.
    • Identify significant risk(s) associated with strategic objectives of the company and provide input into annual audit plan accordingly.

    Supervisor - Treasury Operations

    • Ensure correct treatment of high value transactions, as errors in such transactions can result in significant financial losses.
    • Ensure the alignment of the budget and its expenditure with operational plans of the division, regions and other departments within the divisions.
    • Ensure compliance to PPP relating to payment run and other accounting payment processes.

    Manager - Customer Acquisition and Compliance HQ

    • Support the development and implementation of the national sales strategy within regional channels, as well as ensure that regional targets and service levels are duly met
    • Review market and channel needs, plan and manage the procurement as well as distribution of SIM cards, ensuring this is in line with approved business forecast

    • Identifying IoT and Cloud opportunities and selling directly to customers

    • Guarantee in-depth knowledge of IP/MPLS protocols, NMS systems, firewalls, Cisco works, CIC, identify with Layer 2 and 3 VPN in line with the Service Level Agreements.
    • Implement VoIP and IP Telephony in a Telco and Large IP Networks including integration and configuration.
    • Implement firewalling technologies and network access control methodologies.
    • Implement mile business connectivity access technologies like ADSL,WiFi,Wimax.
    • Implement QoS, Diffserv Traffic shaping and traffic QoS policy with In-depth understanding.
    • Escalate network related fault and network clearance rate.
    • Ensure quality roll-out of new Data/services working with Marketing and IP System planning teams.
    • Perform New Node implementation and cut over.
    • Provide Emergency Maintenance on IP/MPLS Network/High Level trouble shooting.
    • Liaise with IP vendors, interfacing with TAC centers and Vendor Tier 2 and 3 support staff.

    Education:

    • B.Sc. Computer Science/B.Sc. Electrical Engineering or any related field
    • Cisco Certification to Professional Level required with a bias in MPLS Technology/Routing & Switching/Datacenter

    Experience:

    • 3-7 years of experience which includes:
    • Experience in a high-level support of large Enterprise Environment
    • Experience in the implementation of QoS Policies, Segment routing
    • Experience interworking with TAC and other Cisco services
    • Prior experience in Service Provider and ISP Functionality
