    Senior Manager, Admin

    Job Description

    • Oversee and manage the administrative operations of the company, develop, implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures that align with the company’s objectives.
    • Oversee the daily operations of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Manage a team of project managers, construction supervisors, and field staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure that they perform their duties to the highest standards.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
    • Be able to draw up Administrative budgets from time to time.
    • Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and that projects are delivered within budget.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and that any delays are identified and addressed promptly.
    • Ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are maintained during projects and in the factory.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring that we have the resources necessary to deliver exceptional results.
    • Acting as Government Liaison Officer handling all government-related issues.
    • Also have experience interacting with unions in his own area.
    • Be good with coordinating Admin-related issues line Tenders, Asset Management etc.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of Admin department, providing feedback and coaching to improve processes and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 10 - 15 years work experience.
    • Such talents must be good in excel, Powerpoint and very conversant with the Factories Act and should be from an MNC or FMCG with 10 to 15 years of experience..
    • Such talents should currently be working with an FMCG or MNC in Onitsha and Abuja

    Assistant Manager, Human Resources / Admin

    Responsibilities
    Functions:

    • Recruitment/policy drafts, salary fitment, presentations, manpower planning, survey, records management for talents, performance management, disciplinary/welfare issues, Engagements, Admin related issues etc.

    Requirements

    • Such talent must be good in excel, Powerpoint and very conversant with the Nigerian Labour Law and Factories Act.
    • Such talent must not be more than 40 years of age
