    Senior Human Resource Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Develop strategic models on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
    • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with organizational goals and industry best practices.

    Area Sales Manager

    Core Deliverables

    • Plan and deliver the monthly sales targets for his territory.
    • Achieve availability of our products at the Distributors' outlets.
    • Identify, create, and execute opportunities with Distributors to increase sell-in/sell-out.
    • Effectively manage the resources allocated for the Sales operations of his assigned territory.
    • Ensure optimization of team effort towards the achievement of the territory objective.
    • Supervise, coach, and train his team on the job to better sell and merchandize our products.

    Other Job Functions

    • Make a periodic plan for the territory with clear KPIs
    • Responsible for Distributor management and effective use of allocated resources.
    • Market supervision - Price Check, Competition check, new development affecting the business, etc.
    • Provide weekly/monthly sales forecasts for the assigned territory.
    • Execute the sales and marketing plan for the territory as agreed with the Branch/line Manager.
    • Monitor Distributors' turnover and stocks on a weekly basis and ensure that the various SKUs are available and that the Distributors meet their monthly targets.
    • Develop and execute action plans in case the distributor falls short on his/her monthly target.
    • Develop and execute a training plan for the team (together with the Regional Training Manager).
    • Monitor the team's performance and provide feedback to them on a regular basis.
    • Work together with the marketing team to execute and track activities in the territory.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of HND with 5 years' experience in a similar role; preferably in the FMCG industry.
    • Territory Management Skills (customer/outlet mapping, call/route plan, volume planning, NND, Market Analysis).
    • Proficiency in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
    • Must possess good analytical and computing skills.
    • Proficiency in information tracking, sales analytics, and PowerPoint presentations.
    • Decision-making and demonstrating self-confidence.
    • Ability to use a smartphone and be tech-savvy.

    Digital Transformation Executive (DTE)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for interacting with salesmen, their line managers, and all other stakeholders to swiftly correct any issues on the Mplify tool, Power BI, and any other software used in the organisation.
    • Generate, run, and analyse reports on data collected from salesmen using the existing tools: Mplify, Power BI, etc., as and when required by the management for decision making.
    • Furnish actionable data to the sales department, learning and development, and other departments for decision making, accurate Mplify usage, and efficiency improvement.
    • Conduct periodic market visits to ensure the Mplify application is functioning as it should be for the end users and record the issues encountered in the field and ensure their proper resolution.
    • Troubleshoot and escalate with the backend teams on any technical glitch experienced in the usage of the application, and communicate all solutions timely and proactively manner to the intended and/or affected user.
    • Have a full knowledge of salesmen's incentive calculation and ensure all inputs are timely uploaded and recorded & provide an incentive slip whenever necessary.
    • Roll out, implementation of new features of any of the applications to salesmen, and delivering quality and technical training to end users.
    • Liaise with the sales team, finance & logistics team in monitoring and ensuring all primary sales orders raised and their invoices are successfully generated without any technical glitch.
    • Assist the sales team in ensuring smooth operation across all businesses by ensuring complete and accurate data is inputted at the backend.
    • Assist in onboarding salesman to SFA application and proper management of the reporting manager hierarchy. Also, ensure immediate removal of exited staff from the application.
    • Assist the sales team in the creation, design, and management of route plans across all businesses based on the needs and market peculiarities. Also, monitor salesmen to ensure adherence.
    • Ensure complete and comprehensive documentation of all issues and tasks on the helpdesk.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a bachelor's degree/HND in Statistics, Computer Science, IT-related courses, and must have completed the mandatory NYSC programme.
    • Prior experience of working in SFA or data analytics with a comprehensive knowledge of SFA processes and procedures will be a plus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Presentation.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving solving and critical thinking skills
    • Must be tech-savvy and be able to deliver technical training.
    • Strong communication, writing, and team management skills.
    • Focus on troubleshooting and complete issue resolution.
    • Available to travel as needed.

    • Managing overall exports for the company.
    • Preparation and management of all export-related documents.
    • Production Coordination: Working closely with the PPIC department to ensure production timelines meet export schedules.Liaising with clearing agencies, banks, and government agencies.
