Export Executive at Multipro Consumer Products Limited

Job Responsibilities

• Managing overall exports for the company.
• Preparation and management of all export-related documents.
• Production Coordination: Working closely with the PPIC department to ensure production timelines meet export schedules.Liaising with clearing agencies, banks, and government agencies.
• Logistics & Dispatch: Overseeing the loading and dispatch of shipments.
• Documentation & Liaison: Handling all export documentation and coordinating with forwarding agents and shipping lines.
• Customer Relations: Maintaining timely and professional communication with international customers regarding shipment status.
• Compliance: Ensuring meticulous record-keeping and proper documentation for every shipment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any course, preferably Supply Chain or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Strongknowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.
• Experience in liaising with clearing agencies, shipping lines, and terminal operators.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
