Preparation and management of all export-related documents.
Production Coordination: Working closely with the PPIC department to ensure production timelines meet export schedules.Liaising with clearing agencies, banks, and government agencies.
Logistics & Dispatch: Overseeing the loading and dispatch of shipments.
Documentation & Liaison: Handling all export documentation and coordinating with forwarding agents and shipping lines.
Customer Relations: Maintaining timely and professional communication with international customers regarding shipment status.
Compliance: Ensuring meticulous record-keeping and proper documentation for every shipment.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any course, preferably Supply Chain or Finance.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
Strongknowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.
Experience in liaising with clearing agencies, shipping lines, and terminal operators.
