    Senior Expert - UPS Product Planning

    • Role & Responsibilities

    • Align with customers' strategies and pain points, develop product development charter and conduct special research, and ensure the leading competitiveness of products and solutions in the region.
    • Manage regional major key product and solution requirements, including but not limited to Power (especially for UPS), Mechanical, Distribution, agency, and direct operation, ensure regional competitiveness, and take responsibility for business closure.
    • High-level communication and strategic benchmarking with regional typical customers.
    • Support frontline marketing personnel in strategic project development and breakthrough.
    • Support joint innovation activities with regional key accounts.
    • Recruit and acquire local high-level talent, build talent pipelines in divisions, and build organizational capabilities.
    • Qualifications

    • Senior Expert, especially for UPS, Mechanical, Distribution, agency, and direct operation domain, familiar with the market, products, solutions, and development direction of the domain, and proficient in a specific domain. Master cross-domain knowledge.
    • More than 10 years of experience in the UPS domain.
    • Be familiar with Market Insight business modules, including but not limited to market analysis, customer analysis, competition analysis, technical analysis, and Future Disruptive Innovation analysis. Be proficient in this business module.

    Senior Expert - Solar, Inverter and Energy Storage Facilities Product Planning

    Level: Director

    Role & Responsibility

    • Align with the Solar & Inverter & Energy storage customer's strategies and pain points, develop customized product development charters and conduct special research, and ensure the leading competitiveness of products and solutions in the region.
    • Manage regional major key product and solution requirements, including but not limited to Solar, Inverter, Mini-grid, off-grid, Hybrid inverter, and Energy storage Facilities, ensure regional competitiveness and take responsibility for business closure.
    • High-level communication and strategic benchmarking with regional typical customers.
    • Support frontline marketing personnel in strategic project development and breakthrough.
    • Support joint innovation activities of regional key accounts.
    • Recruit and acquire local high-level talent, build talent pipelines in divisions, and build organizational capabilities.

    Qualifications

    • Senior Expert in the Residential, C&I, or Mini-grid Solar industry, Deep understanding of Solar, Inverter, Energy storage, mini-grid, hybrid inverter, Off-grid domain, familiar with the African solar market, products, solutions, and development direction of the domain, and proficient in a specific domain. Master cross-domain knowledge.
    • More than 10 years of experience in the Solar, Inverter, Energy storage, mini-grid, hybrid inverter, Power as a service, Energy as a service, and Off-grid domain.
    • Be familiar with Market Insight business modules, including but not limited to market analysis, customer analysis, competition analysis, technical analysis, and Future Disruptive Innovation analysis. Be proficient in this business module.
    • Be familiar with the current situation, challenges, policies, and future strategy of the national Grid & Regional Grid.
