Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outreach and Admissions Manager, based in Lagos with flexible remote work options.
• The manager will oversee and drive enrollment initiatives, develop and execute strategic outreach programs, and cultivate relationships with prospective students, educational institutions, and community organizations.
• Responsibilities include managing the admissions pipeline, organizing recruiting events, evaluating applications, and ensuring a seamless admissions process.
• The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to enhance the visibility and brand awareness of NUTM programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in student recruitment, admissions, or related roles within the education sector, with at least 3 years of management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian educational landscape, including admission policies and processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
