Responsibilities

• Developing growth strategies and plans.
• Increasing client base.
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
• Negotiating with prospective clients
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field
• Proven 3 - 5 years work experience as a Business Development Executive; having first hand experience of growing through the organization in field sales related roles. (Cognate experience in the industry is an added advantage)
• Strong track record delivering revenue targets, driving business growth and expansion
• Business Development experience in a Banking sector is an advantage
• Relevant professional certification from a recognized body is an advantage
• Apt knowledge of sales strategy in driving business growth and expansion amidst competition
• Gender: Female (for gender balance)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Good dress sense.

Salary

• Negotiable
• 10% Commission on every sales.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft word / excel.
• Work experience in a security company is an added advantage.
• Candidate must be resident in Abuja / Nasarawa and know Abuja and it's environs well.
• Must be Male
• Ability to resource and vet security guards for new locations and replacement.
• Good communication skill, ability to work without supervision.

• N40,000 Monthly
