    Security Lead - Technology

    You will:

    • Define and execute Babban Gona’s information security roadmap.
    • Lead our ISO 27001 certification journey and embed compliance into culture.
    • Roll out enterprise-wide security initiatives that empower, not paralyze.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on security risk, policy, and

    Requirements

    • You’re the kind of person who sees threats before they surface. You think in frameworks but act with urgency. You love systems but never lose sight of people.

    You bring:

    • 8–10+ years in information security with increasing levels of leadership.
    • Hands on experience implementing Compliance standards (eg ISO 27001 ) from scratch successfully.
    • A history of designing and launching key security programs like Vulnerability Management or Security Awareness.
    • The ability to write policies that are both rigorous and readable.
    • Clear, persuasive communication skills—especially when explaining complex topics to non-technical leaders.
    • Bonus if you have:
    • Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or ISO Lead Implementer.
    • Experience securing cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
    • The grit and grace to build a security culture from a low baseline.
