    Sales Trainee

    Role Purpose

    • The Sales Trainee will participate in an intensive, hands-on training and mentorship program aimed at developing future sales professionals within Ha-Shem Limited’s growing technology ecosystem. This program prepares participants to excel in IT solution selling and customer engagement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Participate in a structured Sales Training Program focused on technology solution selling and relationship management.
    • Assist Sales Executives in lead generation, client outreach, and proposal preparation.
    • Contribute to product demonstrations, quotations, and contract documentation for prospective clients.
    • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic business development efforts.
    • Manage and update client interactions within the company’s CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Service Delivery) to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Track and report learning progress, activity outcomes, and key performance milestones.
    • Attend networking events, webinars, and exhibitions representing Ha-Shem Limited’s brand.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
    • Minimum of 1- 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, customer service, or account management.
    • Understanding of the sales process and CRM tools.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Tech-savvy with strong interest in IT solutions and digital transformation trends.
    • Strong work ethic, discipline, and results-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

    Pre-Sales Engineer – Networking

    Job Summary

    • The Pre-Sales Engineer – Networking is responsible for providing technical and commercial support for Ha-Shem’s networking business. The role involves working closely with the sales team and customers to identify networking requirements, design optimized solutions and drive successful project delivery. The individual will serve as the technical expert on networking solutions including LAN/WAN infrastructure, wireless, security, data center networking, and network management systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales and Business Development

    • Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying networking opportunities across enterprise and public sector clients.
    • Participate in client meetings to gather technical requirements and design appropriate network solutions.
    • Prepare and deliver solution proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to customers.
    • Collaborate with OEM partners (Cisco, Sophos and SolarWinds, etc.) to align solutions with customer needs and Ha-Shem’s business goals.
    • Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for networking products and services.
    • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, proposals, and pipeline forecasts.

    Technical Solution Design

    • Design and document high-level and detailed network architectures based on customer requirements.
    • Recommend best-fit technologies, equipment, and solutions covering switching, routing, firewalls, wireless, and data center networking.
    • Develop Bills of Materials (BoM), network diagrams, and technical documentation for proposals and bids.
    • Ensure designs meet scalability, redundancy, performance, and security standards.
    • Support proof-of-concept (POC) and product evaluation processes.

    Customer Engagement and Support

    • Conduct technical presentations, demos, and workshops to showcase Ha-Shem’s networking solutions.
    • Work with customers to address technical inquiries and solution validation.
    • Support the transition from pre-sales to implementation by ensuring accurate handover to the delivery team.
    • Maintain strong post-sales relationships with customers to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

    Internal Collaboration

    • Work closely with marketing to develop sales enablement materials and case studies.
    • Provide technical training and knowledge sharing sessions to the sales team.
    • Collaborate with procurement to source networking equipment and maintain vendor relations.
