    Sales Representatives

    Description

    • We are looking to recruit Sales Representative who will be responsible for effective promotion and sales of the company's titles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

    Job Duties

    • Getting customers for the company as well as developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory or market segment.
    • Effective promotion of the company’s book titles to schools or bookshops to the point of recommendation.
    • Ensuring timely supply of company’s books to schools, book shops and individuals.
    • Prompt monitoring and follow up on payments and transactions of schools or bookshops etc.
    • Accurate record keeping of books received, books supplied and books returned by customers.
    • Detailed records on out-standings and debts.
    • Submission of Sales Operations records to the department concerned.
    • Attending monthly Sales Representative meeting at the Head Office.
    • Strategizing and helping to create proposals for promotion.
    • Ensuring good conditions of books during supply and when returns are made.
    • Representing the company well and promoting other business operations of the company.
    • Prompt payment of all books sold to the company’s account.
    • Notification of direct payments made by customers to the Accountant into the company’s account.
    • Maintenance of assets such as company car, books etc. in your custody and for your operations.
    • Submission of books to State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) and Ministry of education for recommendation.
    • Issuing receipts, invoices and other transaction documents to customers and the departments concerned.
    • Assisting with the recommendation, planning and organization of workshops for Teachers and Proprietors in the assigned territories.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND holder.
    • Male or female between ages 26 - 45 years.
    • Must be passionate about sales.
    • Must have good networking skills.
    • Must have at least 1 year sales experience.
    • Must have emotional intelligence.
    • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Must have excellent debt recovery skills.
    • Must be diligent and pay attention to details.

    Remuneration

    • Salary and Float: N60,000 - N70,000 monthly
    • Commission: Up To 20% on all Book Sales.

    Customer Service Representative / Administrative Officer

    Jon Duties

    • The Customer Service Representative /Administrative officer will be the first contact of our online customers and will be responsible for processing orders, managing all online sales channels, updating sales records and information, resolving complaints and handling other administrative responsibilities.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Managing, monitoring and creating contents for all social media platforms.
    • Posting intriguing ads and content on all platforms for the company.
    • Communicate and respond promptly to customers’ enquiries and complaints through various channels.
    • Give customers up-to-date information about our books, prices and services.
    • Should be able to persuade a customer to the point of placing an order for the company’s book titles.
    • Keep records of customers’ transactions, interactions, comments and complaints.
    • Communicate with other departments (Warehouse, Logistics, Accounts etc) on customer-related matters and handle complaints across a number of communication channels.
    • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive attitude towards customers at all times.
    • Process online sales orders, returns and logistics involved.
    • Must read and understand our book titles and services so as to convince, answer questions, and defend the company’s values.
    • Monitoring orders, request and complaints from the website.
    • Handling, distribution and request of office stationery when necessary.
    • Any other tasks assigned by the management.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc Degree with a minimum of second-class lower division.
    • One-year minimum post NYSC experience as a customer care representative, customer support staff or admin staff.
    • Female/Male between 24 - 32 years old.
    • Technical computer proficiency in MS word and MS excel packages.
    • Good emotional intelligence.
    • Good record keeping.
    • Must be fluent in English and any 1 or 2 other Nigerian Languages (Yoruba, Hausa or Igbo).
    • Good administrative skills.
    • Highly innovative.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Must reside in Ibadan.

    Salary
    N60,000 monthly.
