    Sales Officer-Lagos

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Officer will support the business by identifying new sales opportunities, following up on leads, engaging prospective clients, and promoting Sixthlab’s range of equipment and reagents.
    • This role is ideal for a proactive, confident, and ambitious recent graduate looking to build a career in healthcare sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and engage new clients across Lagos Island.
    • Promote and sell Sixthlab’s equipment and reagent product lines.
    • Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and prospect lists.
    • Conduct field visits to hospitals, labs, clinics, and research centers.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
    • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
    • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
    • Represent the company professionally at all times.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc Degree / HND in any science-related discipline (e.g., Biochemistry, Microbiology, Medical Lab Science, Physiology, etc.) or any relevant field.
    • 0–1 year sales or customer-facing experience (NYSC experience acceptable). Must have completed NYSC.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Willingness to travel across Lagos Island for field sales.
    • A result-oriented and self-motivated mindset.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base Salary: N120,000 monthly
    • Float Allowance
    • Sales Commission: 1% on all sales closed

    Sales Officer (Ondo)

    Key Responsibilities
    Market Development and Client Acquisition:

    • Identify and research potential clients, partners, and new market opportunities.
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients in both private and public sectors.
    • Generate qualified leads and follow up to conversion through consultative selling.
    • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
    • Prepare tailored business proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

    Client Relationship and Account Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales documentation.

    Strategic Planning and Market Intelligence:

    • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Provide feedback to management on market conditions, pricing strategies, and product performance.
    • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to plan promotions, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
    • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build networks.

    Sales Performance and Reporting:

    • Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
    • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
    • Provide accurate forecasts and contribute to planning and budgeting processes.

    Negotiation and Contract Management:

    • Negotiate terms and close sales that align with company objectives and profitability goals.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical business practices in all transactions.
    • Follow up on payments and ensure timely receipt of funds in collaboration with the Accounts team.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Science, or related field.
    • 1–2years relevant experience in business development or sales (preferably in a medical/laboratory equipment or healthcare environment).
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
