    Sales Manager

    Role Description

    • We are looking for talented, enthusiastic, career-minded and high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. 
    • You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Sales team.
    •  Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the Sales team and manage the Sales program accordingly. 
    • Provide on-the-ground support for Sales Representatives as they generate leads and close new deals. 
    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
    • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, performance review and reward of Sales representatives.
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs. 
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. 
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. 
    • Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies. 
    • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met. 

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. / M.Sc. Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • 8+ years’ experience selling IT/enterprise solutions to major accounts.
    • Successful previous experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. 
    • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences 
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. 
    • Proven ability to drive the Sales process from plan to close. 
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise. 
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

    Head of Marketing and Communications

    Job Purpose

    • The Head of Marketing and Communications is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies that strengthen brand positioning, drive demand, and support business growth. 
    • This role provides strategic leadership across brand management, digital marketing, corporate communications, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with the company’s commercial objectives within the IT and technology services landscape.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets. 
    • Lead brand positioning and corporate communications, ensuring consistent messaging across all internal and external channels. 
    • Drive demand generation and pipeline growth through digital marketing, campaigns, events, and strategic partnerships. 
    • Oversee digital platforms including the website, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools. 
    • Lead content development and thought leadership initiatives, translating technical offerings into compelling market narratives. 
    • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and leadership to support go-to-market, employer branding, and internal & external communications. 
    • Manage public relations, media engagement, and the organization’s reputation across relevant stakeholder groups. 
    • Define marketing KPIs, manage budgets and vendors, and provide performance insights and reporting to executive management. 

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master’s Degree is an advantage. 
    • 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. 
    • Proven experience within an IT service, technology, or B2B professional services environment. 
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and demand generation.
