Customer Service Officer at Crossover Restaurant

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
• Ensure guests have an excellent dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Take reservations and assist with seating arrangements when required.
• Follow up on customer requests and special orders.
• Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the restaurant's service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Assist in resolving service issues and customer concerns.
• Promote restaurant products, menu items, and special offers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer feedback and report recurring issues to management.
• Ensure the reception and customer service area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Support the achievement of customer satisfaction and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / Bachelor`s Degree with 2 years experience.
