    Sales Executive

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.
    • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff.
    • Identify Sales Opportunities
    • Market analysis
    • Penetrating competitor markets
    • Visit construction sites and other related industries to ensure brand visibility and monitor competitor’s activities.
    • Ensure effective customer satisfaction and after sales care
    • Project management:
      • Tracking the project development
      • To contact main contractor and their subcontractors and users of forklift machines in various industries
    • Meet sales goals and objectives assigned by the Sales Manager
    • Communicating new service and product opportunities, feedback, special developments, or information collected during field activity to the Sales Manager
    • Gain product knowledge of Hangcha Forklifts and Silla Construction machines:
      • Hangcha and Silla training seminar
      • Hangcha and Silla Online Training seminars
    • Provide product training for dealers and customers
    • Participating in marketing events like trade shows, seminars

    Qualifications, Experience and skills required

    • Minimum of B.Sc or HND in any field
    • 3 - 7 years of work experience
    • Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage
    • MUST have experience selling forklift /Construction machine
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office applications.
    • Age: 30 – 38yrs
    • Valid drivers license

    Protocol and Logistics Manager

    Resumption: Immediately

    Summary of the position

    • Banking, Documentation, Logistics and Protocol

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Preparation and processing of Form M.
    • Handling of clearing documents, shipping documents, PAAR, Duty payment and final documentation.
    • Responsible for banking documents.
    • Formulating and planning of other logistics arrangement
    • Develop strategy goals, objectivesandprograms for the company.
    • Travel arrangements such as visa, tickets and others.
    • Working with Government agencies (Federal and state) levels such as NAFDAC, SON, Customs, Police etc.
    • Interface between the company and external stakeholders of any sort.
    • Dealing with other non-government agencies on behalf of the company.
    • Responsible for the payment of all state levy such as Land use, Fire Service, Lawma etc.
    • Rendering of protocol services at all levels that might arise from time to time such as at International / Local airport and in other areas
    • Responsible for the payments of bills such as NEPA, Tickets etc.
    • Facilitating and processing of Driver’s license and other important documents for staff
    • Responsible for the record keeping of Company’s car documents and insurance.
    • Be available to solve any problem that may arise at any time
    • Any other job assigned.


    • Minimum of a Master’s Degree
    • Age: 35 to 40 years
    • 10 -15 years working experience in protocol and logistics
    • Highly connected to solve problems
    • Proven experience working as a logistics /Protocol Manager in a reputable organization

    Marketing and Communications Executive

    Job Summary

    • The individual will be responsible for Market research, and analysis, reporting on planned strategic marketing communication activities, which should ultimately lead to an increase in sales of products.
    • The expansion of the brand’s visibility and awareness and digital footprint is the goal; the outcome of this must lead to greater demand for the company's products and services.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Conduct market survey, research, and analysis in line with the company’s goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with individual brand niches ( Automotive, FESTO, Machinery) to identify internal and external customer persona and needs.
    • Creating content for the company website, blog, print brochure, newsletter, investor communication, flyers, proposal, etc., and electronic/ social media channels (Content Calendar).
    • Managing all company Social Media channels with the aim to increase followership and drive engagement.
    • Drive the telemarketing process, both inbound leads (phone calls, text messages, email inquiries) and outbound lead management.


    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
