    Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are currently seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and drive smartphone sales across our retail channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Actively engage customers to promote and sell smartphones and related products.
    • Provide in-depth product knowledge and assist customers in selecting the right device to suit their needs.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales area.
    • Stay updated on the latest smartphone trends, features, and competitive products.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
    • Handle after-sales support and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of an OND/NCE; a Bachelor's Degree is an added advantage.
    • 1–4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the mobile phone or electronics industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn about new smartphone models.
    • Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

    Business Development Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the civil engineering and infrastructure space.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, consultants, and government agencies.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and bids tailored to client needs.
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client demands, and competitive landscape.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, etc.) to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery.
    • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.
    • Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and market intelligence.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in business development, preferably within the construction or oil & gas industry.
    • Strong network and familiarity with the infrastructure development ecosystem (private and public sector).
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to develop proposals and secure contracts.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

    Driver

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely drive company staff, clients, or materials to and from designated locations.
    • Adhere to traffic laws and company safety standards at all times.
    • Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure regular maintenance and servicing.
    • Keep vehicle clean, fueled, and ready for use at all times.
    • Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle condition.
    • Report any mechanical issues or incidents immediately to management.
    • Assist with loading and unloading of items when required.
    • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with passengers and clients.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Minimum of 2–3 years of proven driving experience in a corporate or professional setting.
    • Good knowledge of Lagos road networks and traffic regulations.
    • Ability to drive various types of vehicles (manual and automatic).
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
    • Must be trustworthy, responsible, and possess good communication skills.
