JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyse quotation for all salesmen and make to customers daily as follow-up
• Review customer visit/ salesman, make phone calls and emails as follow-up
• Update each salesman quotation folder/ageing for weekly review
• Send outcomes of your daily calls to customers on quotation follow-up
• Discuss with each sales engineer about new customers visited earlier in the day.
• Get all customer contacts details from sales team and update in the record
• Get customer equipment information from sales /service team,
• Update machine serial numbers, running hours into MASTER equipment database.
• Daily compile data of new customers visited, get customer business cards
• Input sales velocity to track sales performance and maintain constant communication with customers
• Capture the status of compressor overhaul with dates to track next overhaul period

Requirements:

• The choice candidate must be proficient in Microsoft office (Knowledge of Microsoft Excel)
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills
• A female candidate is most preferred

Job Description:

Our client is looking to hire the services of an Account Officer. He/ She will be responsible for some of our financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

The Candidate’s responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns.

A hands-on experience with the use of Enterprise Resource Planning Software like Tally ERP is a must

Responsibilities:

• Handle all accounting transactions; such as Purchasing, Sales,

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable for Plant and at Group Level
• Stock taking and Valuation

• Customer or Supplier Reconciliations
• Payroll Accounting
• And any other assigned task

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
• Additional certification (ACA or ACCA) is a plus
• Proven Work experience as an Accountant
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally ERP and Sage
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Job Summary

The Technician will ensure that all electrical technical services are maintained during his shift duty. Taking charge of entire technical assets in both factories, managing the engineering team and supporting the General Manager/ Factory Manager, the team leader by coordinating technical issues with management and occupants.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain electromechanical/ utilities services at the site with the help of the technical team.
• Actively participating & having hands-on experience dealing with electrical issues, motor connections/ testing, electrical panel maintenance.
• Implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
• Conduct inspections at site regularly to check for risk/ defects area.
• Review work of subordinate staff and provide guidance when needed.
• Ensuring the documentation, checking and follow up of assets under defect liability period and AMC/CAMC in a tracker.
• Maintaining service level agreements and keeping performance indicator scores above excellence.
• Overseeing all vendor activities timely, being followed with vendors ill the completion of activity.
• Planning and implementing for energy conservation.
• Ensure monthly readings sheet with occupants and ensure all check-sheets and logbooks are being filled properly and as per schedule.
• Attend major complaints & escalate to senior & co-ordinate with technical staff if necessary.
• Maintain history cards for all equipment.
• Ensure all the works carried out in safe working practices/ procedures are followed.
• Conducting risk assessment of the site operations and work towards mitigation of highlighted inherent risks and in conducting root cause analysis in case of system failure and breakdowns.
• Create corrective, preventive and emergency response action plans.
• Maintain engineering and other reports like DMR and MMR.
• Facilitate the services under slogan “No safety No work”.

Requirements

• Trade test 1, 11, 111, OND, HND  in related fields.
• A minimum of 4-5 year experience as an electrical technician in a manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of infrared sensors/proximity sensors, VFD and Electric motors. 
• Draw and interpret electrical/wiring diagrams and schematics
• Knowledge and operation of power generation and distribution systems
• Knowledge and operation of electrical troubleshooting

• Operates blow molding machine(s) to produce bottles.
• Make manual adjustments to machines if bottles become out of spec.
• Keeps fixture/mold/tooling rack areas clean and organized.
• Responsible for reporting unsafe conditions to manager along with and food safety violations.
• Records data collection materials.
• Stop or reset machine when a malfunction occurs, clear machine jams and report malfunction of machine.
• Follow established safe quality foods that requirements as trained.
